Food: Chef Andrew is making the menu his own with dishes that combine his passion for Asian cuisine and culture with traditional recipes. Signatures like the Fried Chicken plus a variety of small plates and salads are intended to be shared. Main courses include Ocean Trout with soy glazed squash, snow peas, scallion relish and jalapeno oil, or the braised lamb with red kuri squash puree, carrot, oyster mushroom, puff pastry and herb yogurt.
